General

Balibudget Accommodation is an online hotel reservation services operated by CV. Bali Trip. Balibudget Accommodation fully responsible for the security of customer's identity and reservation data transferred via Internet. All reservation details are encrypted and transmitted over a secure connection. 

Balibudget Accommodation guarantees that customer will have the quality of service from the hotels, resorts or villas as stated in this site. The quality of services are fully depends on hotel chosen and shall be fully responsible for its services to the customer.

Balibudget Accommodation is a free service, no membership required and provided to help visitors find budget rooms of hotels, resorts or villas available on the island of Bali.

None of the content or data found on this website may be reproduced, sold, transferred or modified at any media without written permission of CV. Bali Trip.

Reservation Procedures

Reservations or info requests can be made through Balibudget Accommodation's Reservation Form and should be filled out completely. Correct email address is the most required when making reservation. Your booking details will be processed right away and will be replied at the shortest possible time.

Reservations will be processed according to room availability of the hotel. Therefore, it is recommended to make reservations 14 (fourteen) days in advance. If the room at your selected hotel is not available at the time, an alternative hotel with similar features will be suggested to you.

Rates and Validity

Rates of hotels, resorts or villas described in this website are quoted in US Dollars. Rates are for  April 01, 2006 - March 31, 2007 and are occasionally, if rarely, subject to changes without prior notice (please note that some hotels have rates period valid until June or December 2006). Before making reservations, please familiarize yourself  with the items included with the hotel of your choice.

Payment Procedures

Payment is made directly to the hotel chosen at time of guest's check-out. However, some hotels are requiring payment in Full Prepayment at time of confirmed booking.  A Full Prepayment to be made only by credit card. Balibudget Accommodation accepts only Visa and MasterCard.

All payments made through credit card will be collected by Kunang Kunang Paradise Bali and 3% of bank administration fee will be added to your credit card.

Deposits

Deposits (if any) are made payable directly to the hotel and collection is made through us. If deposit is required, it will be listed on the relevant hotel's web page.

Change of Booking

Balibudget Accommodation will not charge for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. However, acceptance of any changes are subject to room availability and approval by both Balibudget Accommodation and the hotel.

Cancellation

Cancellation fee will be applied by hotels that require deposits or reservation guarantee in their reservation procedures. One night accommodation will be charged to your credit card if cancellation is made 7 (seven) days before arrival / check in.

To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events, such as illness, strikes, last minute cancellations, acts of God and more; we recommend those guests purchase trip cancellation insurance to insure refund of deposits paid.

Reservation Guarantee

If confirmation of your reservation has been issued, credit card details and copy of passport sent by facsimile are required to secure the reservation. We guarantee that both Balibudget Accommodation and the hotel will not charge your credit card unless cancellation as stated above is occur.

General Liability

Balibudget Accommodation acts only as agent for the hotels or their assigns for all accommodations listed. Under no circumstance shall Balibudget Accommodation be responsible for any personal loss by individuals renting the accommodations represented by Balibudget Accommodation.

Expenses, claims, or injury, direct or indirect, caused or incurred before, during or after the party's stay in the accommodations represented by Balibudget Accommodation including attorney's fees.

Balibudget Accommodation will not be held liable under any circumstances, including substitutions, to refund any unused portion of booked accommodations or services as described in these "Terms & Conditions".

Balibudget Accommodation will not be held liable and will be otherwise rendered harmless for any events arising in law as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s) or change(s) in the provision of accommodations or services provided by Balibudget Accommodation for reasons of military action, revolutions and acts of God or by any agents, employees, sub contractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services herein.
